BKT Agrimax Factor convinces in DLG test – Interpneu AG informs
BKT's Agrimax Factor passed the DLG test with excellent results. The latest model in the 70 series set new standards in the Resource Conservation module and achieved performance values otherwise known from VF tires.
Modern tread for field and road
With the Agrimax Factor, BKT expands its range with a tractor tire that is optimized for both field and road use. The German Agricultural Society (DLG) tested the dimensions 710/70 R 42 and 600/70 R 30 and awarded the tire the test mark "DLG-ANERKANNT". Thomas Pott, Head of Sales at Bohnenkamp SE, comments: "The Agrimax Factor shows that the 70 series is technically at the forefront today."
Best values in soil protection and efficiency
The Agrimax Factor is optimized for low air pressures and convinced under realistic operating conditions with high soil protection and efficient area performance. The DLG attested the tire a particularly low ground pressure of 0.13 bar at 40 cm depth with 0.6 bar tire internal pressure – a top value in the comparison field. The rut depth of 6.5 cm is 18 % below the worst comparison tire.
Fuel savings and constant performance
The Agrimax Factor also impresses with its fuel consumption: In field operation, consumption is 1.7 % below average, and in road transport, it is 0.3 % below. With a measured area performance of 2.60 ha/h, the tire is slightly above the average of the comparison tires. Particularly advantageous is the constant consumption over the entire speed range – a plus in road transport.
High-quality construction for even pressure distribution
The efficiency of the Agrimax Factor is based on a modern polyester carcass, a unique selling point in the 70 series. This ensures even pressure distribution and enables performance at the level of VF tires. The flat bead geometry reduces ground pressure and increases stability at low air pressures. The tread design combines traction, wear resistance, and efficiency for combined field and road use.
Versatility and high driving comfort
Thanks to its robust construction, M+S marking, and performance at low air pressure, the Agrimax Factor is ideal for mixed agricultural use. The DLG confirmed quiet running, low vibrations, and comfortable driving conditions, even at higher speeds. Seat vibrations were below the average of the comparison tires, which significantly improves driving comfort and reduces driver strain.
DLG-approved in the Resource Conservation module
The Agrimax Factor bears the test seal "DLG-ANERKANNT" in the Resource Conservation module. The test was carried out with 710/70 R 42 (rear) and 600/70 R 30 (front) on a standard 200 hp class tractor. Ground pressure, rut depth, fuel consumption, area performance, as well as traction, vibration, and behavior at different speeds were evaluated – all under practical conditions.
