GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
INTERPNEU AG SWITZERLAND
Introduction
The business relationships between INTERPNEU AG and the customer are regulated by these General Terms and Conditions. When the contract is concluded, these general terms and conditions apply exclusively.
Quality
We obtain our offer from the Swiss representatives of the brand manufacturers or European tire wholesalers. These guarantee that it is an original branded product. In rare cases, the production data can be up to 3 years old, depending on storage. These items are brand new and cannot be returned.
Sales prices
The prices of the offers from Interpneu AG can change at any time due to various influencing factors and are not binding.
Complaint
Goods delivered by us are generally excluded from return. If you complain about the delivered goods, you must do so in writing within a week. A complaint can only be asserted against defective goods. This complaint is reported to our suppliers, who assess and appraise it. A credit on our part is only possible within the framework of the acceptance of our supplier. A return is only possible within 10 days and is subject to the condition that the goods are in their original condition and packaging. Appropriate fees apply. International suppliers do not have the option of re-exporting goods. VAT and customs clearance cannot be reversed.
Contract
Business transactions with INTERPNEU AG can only be made by persons of legal age who are capable of acting.
Retention of title
The goods delivered by us remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full. In principle, the buyer is entitled to resell the goods, but not to pledge them. If the goods have been resold, the customer is to be notified at our request in default of payment and the right to collect from them is to be assigned to us with all rights and in full. The buyer is obliged to communicate this assignment to his customer. In order to assert our rights, we must be given all the necessary information, including the delivery of all documents relating to this business case. If a buyer is in default of payment, this entitles us to withdraw from all existing orders or contracts. Furthermore, we are entitled to demand the return of goods that have already been delivered but not yet paid for. In this case we can collect the goods ourselves.
Terms of payment
Our invoices for the delivery of goods are due for payment net as invoiced after 10 days.
Unpaid Orders
If an invoice is issued for your order after you have given your delivery address, this order is binding. If this invoice is not paid within 10 days without further reasons, the reminder fees listed below will apply.

enforcement request
If an invoice is not paid for which the goods were reserved for you, you will be charged for the damage incurred.
Shipment
The shipment is made to the delivery address specified by the buyer within Switzerland. Delivery usually takes between two to three days. For various reasons, there may be longer delivery times in individual cases. This process cannot be rushed. Delivery throughout Switzerland is free for two or more tyres. If a delivery to a delivery address specified by the buyer is not possible for various reasons, the buyer has to bear the costs for an unsuccessful delivery and the return shipment to our suppliers, some of whom are outside of Switzerland. This also applies if the buyer cannot be found at the address provided.
Disclaimer
Each buyer is responsible for the correctness of the tires ordered. This concerns the respective approval for the tire on the vehicle, the correct load index, the correct speed index, the correct mass and information in general. Interpneu AG assumes no responsibility for the tires fitting the vehicle intended by the buyer.
Data protection
Data is safe with us. Information left by web shop users is always treated confidentially. No information will be passed on to third parties that is not required in connection with an order.
Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. Place of jurisdiction for all claims in connection with the business relationship with INTERPNEU AG is Lucerne.
Shop for agricultural tires
The offers in this shop are not binding when purchasing. Stock levels and sales prices can change at any time. Product availability may be limited. The delivery times vary. If a product is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel your order and, if necessary, to offer you an alternative. The products remain the property of Interpneu AG until full payment has been made.
